LPVEC’s operations are governed by a Board of Directors with one representative from each member district’s school committee.  Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on these dates:  FY25 BOARD SCHEDULE.

Properties jointly owned by the member districts and used for LPVEC operations are governed as a separate corporation and have their own Corporation Board.

An Advisory Board made up of the superintendents from all member districts meets monthly to discuss issues of mutual interest and to provide input for Board decisions.
