The LPVEC Educator Support team brings a deep understanding of schools at all levels in working with adults and students. Their backgrounds include teaching, instructional coaching, teacher mentoring, various administrative positions including principal, curriculum director and superintendent, and providing graduate-level courses for adult learners. These experiences provide the LPVEC Educator Support team the pedagogical knowledge and experience to support adult learning at various stages of careers and expertise.  In addition, the School Improvement Specialists bring broad data experience including program evaluation, psychometrics, data analytics, and extensive understanding of data systems, tools, and technologies.
